ASV Infra Partners – Infrastructure Consulting, established on January 18, 2020, is a company specialized in technical, strategic, economic-financial and regulatory advisory and consultancy in public service concession projects and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), acting in all phases of the process: bidding, contracting, contractual execution and termination of the partnership.
Provides services in infrastructure projects, including the structuring, analysis and evaluation of Economic-Financial and Environmental Technical Feasibility Studies (EVTEA) for public service concession projects and PPPs. Advises on claims for restoration of economic-financial balance, ordinary and extraordinary reviews of partnership contracts, dispute resolution procedures, arbitration processes, re-bidding and consensual contract renegotiation procedures at the state level.
